Born with a kind of deformity of capillary; no regression.The morbidity among people is 0.3%, the portion between male and female is the same.

Clinical Feature

1. Born with; similar portion in male and female; the morbidity of among people is 0.3%.
2. Occur at any part of body but more frequently on head and neck.
3. More than half of Nevus Flammeus on face distribute at the area of trigeminal nerve;
4. With the increase of age, the pink patches become cobbl est one-l i ke or purple condensation patches.
5. Sometimes pyogenic granuloma .

Histopathology

Limited and scattered, organism made error when the capillary in dermis papilla is growing, lead to deformity.
